What Should I Bring for My Dog's Stay?

We want your dog's stay at Paws on Prairie to be as comfortable and familiar as possible! You're welcome to bring any items that will help your pup feel at home.

We recommend bringing:

• Your dog's regular food for the entire stay (to help avoid upset stomachs from sudden diet change)
• Any special feeding items, such as a slow feeder, puzzle bowl, or elevated bowl if your dog uses one
• A favorite toy or two (please avoid bringing toys that are irreplaceable)
• A favorite blanket or small bed if you think it will help your dog feel more at home

No worries if you don't have these items! We provide food and water bowls for every guest, and we always have clean, cozy blankets available to help your dog feel comfortable.

If you choose to bring a bed, we recommend one that is appropriately sized for your dog. Oversized beds can take up a significant amount of space in the suite, making it more difficult for your dog to move around comfortably.
